That’s why we’ve started Bodhi. To share some simple ways to find more clarity and focus, and be more connected to ourselves, others and the world around us.

We've been interviewing top meditation teachers, psychologists and scientists, as well as ordinary, everyday meditators, and developing short programs to lead you through the basics.
